Letter from Liz for February 2013
February is one of my favorite months, with the Superbowl (Go Niners!) Valentine's Day, and President's Day just around the corner. February is a month for romantics. While the cold weather slowly thaws into something that resembles Spring, there is nothing better than spending time this month with the people you love.
Eternity Skye, a novel previously released under a different title, has been reborn. Like the fabled phoenix, she rises from the ashes and is now available from Secret Craving's Publishing. After some tough edits and the elimination of characters, painful and yet very necessary to make the book the fine read it is now, the novel is a tale encompassing love, tragedy, comedy, and the beauty of friendship. The Romance Writer's of America in New York City bestowed Secret Cravings with the prestigious Publisher of The Year Award in 2012. I'm honored to be a part of this prestigious group of authors. Onward, forward with my new work! Next up, edits to begin on The Last Day King, coming in May in paperback and ebook from Lycaon Press. Thank you, dear reader, for stopping by. Please do check out my essay titled "Love and Dystopia," recently featured on Love Romance Passion's YA blog, in Tales From La Novelista. Warmly, Liz Letter from Liz for January 2013
Happy New Year!
This year is going to be a great year for readers! There are some brand new books on the horizon that will make marks and define this decade. Great strides are being made in the world of books, where genres readers enjoy are made more accessible and easier to find. I'm looking forward to sharing three new novels with you this year. The first up is Eternity Skye, a contemporary romance, the second is The New Orleans Way, a historical romance, and the third is a YA Fantasy/Time Travel romance based on Arthurian legend. Regenerate yourself and check out this month's blog on how to give yourself a weekly home facial in Tales From La Novelista. And do have a look at the acclaimed ebook The Movie Star's Wife. If you decide to implement the About Face Beauty Blog Techniques, know that Hollywood heroine Juliet James most certainly would approve. Another Five Star Review for
